Everything begun when my father lost his job, and I couldn’t go to university due to the Pandemic.
I’ve always been an A+ student, and as a young woman in West Africa from a liberal family, higher education was not just encouraged—it was mandatory. I love learning new things, and not being able to attend school due to circumstances beyond my control took a huge toll on me.
During this period of uncertainty, I stumbled upon Squarespace. At first, I dismissed it—I had never considered myself a 'tech girl.' But as I watched videos on web design, seeing how websites could reflect personality and identity while fueling ambitions, I had an exhilarating realization.
“Web design is a tool that can make me participate in people’s success.” It felt incredibly delusional… But it felt right.
If I couldn’t study due to lack of resources, I would work—not just to prove myself to my family, but to myself. As an introverted empath in an often unfair world, I realized I could create change. By building high-converting websites, I could support independent service providers, help them succeed, and, in turn, help myself, those around me, and people worldwide.

From early 2021 to late 2024, not a single week has passed without me honing my design, brand strategy and digital marketing skills.
Now, in 2025, here’s what I want to accomplish:
Acquiring experience
Some skills can only be learned by working with real clients. This hands-on experience will help me navigate client relationships, understand project workflows, and adapt to different expectations. Unlike theory, working directly with clients will build my problem-solving skills, improve my communication, and teach me how to collaborate more effectively.
Empowering Entrepreneurs
My goal is to empower entrepreneurs by creating websites that not only look great, but also deliver results. I want to help them establish a strong online presence, increase their visibility, and drive business growth. By combining design and digital marketing strategies, I strive to build websites that reflect the essence of what they offer, while helping them achieve their business goals.
Learning, learning, learning
As trends in web design and digital marketing evolve, I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and strategies. It will that I can offer the best solutions to my clients while continually improving my own abilities. Whether it’s through online courses or hands-on experience, I’ll always be growing and evolving as a professional.
